EMAIL only to [email removed] Ferndale is a very unique little girl, she is approx 1.5 yrs old at 12-1-14 and 9-10 lbs, she looks more like a yorkie mix, but her coloration is that of a blue merle australian shepherd or sheltie- she even has one partially blue eye and one brown and yet she is the size of a Yorkie. She gets along with all the other dogs, she comes when called, seems pretty well house trained if you know her signals, sleeps in a soft crate all night long without a peep, is busy when she is awake, but not destructive, she just likes to follow you around and be with you and explore things. She won't venture too far away from her humans. She loves to cuddle and be held like a baby. She would be great for any family with children older than toddlers - the reason we say that is because she likes to balance on her hind legs and if they had food, she would like to share with them. She is a doll. She is just a bundle of joy - light as a feather. We introduced her to a cat, and she was more scared than the cat! So that would probably be fine for her. Also, if you give her a chewy bone, she will be busy with that for hours.
